Duties
- Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure efficient service during shifts
- · Proficiency in various mixing methos and knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.
- Make and serve drinks to guest and ensure bartenders follow established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls.
- Develop, document, and standardize recipes; train all applicable team members to ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Manage POS transactions using POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests, taking orders, and addressing concerns promptly
- Oversee bar operations during events or special functions
- Train staff on proper mixing and serving techniques, POS usage, and food safety procedures
- Support catering services as needed and assist with food handling when required
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
- Experience in sales-driven roles within the food industry or retail math proficiency for inventory control
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
- Background in food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience as a lead bartender or team leader
- Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
