BARTENDER/SERVER/ASSISTANT MANAGER - Our Bartender/Server - Assistant Manager is a working Front of House position that is also responsible for assisting in restaurant operations as needed by the General Manager. This position requires detailed knowledge of established systems, practices and expectations of the Bolter Restaurant Group. Our Bartender/Server - Assistant Managers are an extension of ownership. They treat the restaurants as their own with a specific focus on exceedingly high customer service standards, hospitality and cleanliness. BARTENDER/SERVER - Bartending/Serving experience REQUIRED. Wine knowledge a plus. Great pay.
