Doux is a growing dessert-focused kitchen built around comfort, quality, and thoughtful details. We are looking for a full-time Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations and help keep the kitchen running smoothly before opening, during service hours, and after closing.
This is an entry-level friendly role and a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, stay busy, and be part of a growing kitchen. Your main focus will be to support the Sous Chef by helping with preparation, organization, service support, and end-of-day cleaning — making their job easier and the kitchen more efficient.

What You’ll Do
- Assist the Sous Chef with daily prep before opening
- Support dessert production and service during operating hours
- Help with plating, packing, and delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and reset the kitchen after closing
- Follow recipes, systems, and instructions accurately

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
