Port Royal Lounge is opening this spring in Washington, DC — a vibrant new tapas and cocktail destination built on exceptional service and elevated hospitality standards.
We’re seeking experienced bartenders who thrive in high-energy environments, love connecting with guests, and take pride in consistency, speed, and craft.
Responsibilities
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer with precision
- Provide warm, attentive guest experiences at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar setup standards
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen team
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and service standards
- Excellent communication and guest-facing professionalism
- Ability to multitask under pressure
