Job Summary:

The Craft DC - A gothic noir-inspired craft cocktail bar. From the Same creators of The Alchemist DC. We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Our Bartenders are required to serve tables if needed. We bring a team mentality to the way we provide service.

Responsibilities:

-Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

-Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is advantageous
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Understanding of retail math concepts
