The Farm Brewery At Broad Run in Broad Run, VA is looking for bartenders to join our strong team. We are a high volume destination brewery with a 35+ acre beer garden and 7,000 sq. ft. tasting room. We are located on 16015 John Marshall Highway. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender (previous brewery experience preferred)
- General knowledge of beer
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate (Level 1 Cicerone preferred)
