Overall Description
We are looking for a dishwasher who is able to help us to maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and sustain a food-safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes various dishes such as baking pans, pots, bowls, trays, and small ware, manually and using a dishwashing machine.
- Puts away clean and dry dishes.
- Maintains cleanliness of the dish washing station on the day-to-day basis and ensures that the dish machine is clean and the water is changed regularly.
- Strictly adheres to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices, to guarantee a clean and safe work environment.
- Empties kitchen trash cans as needed and maintains and ensure outdoor trash area is kept clean and presentable.
- Receives deliveries and puts away comestible, paper, and chemical goods according to the provided instructions.
- Validates and signs invoices upon receiving delivery.
Requirement
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Ability to work on a hot environment; ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekend, holidays, early mornings, and afternoons.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
