The Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position is responsible for answering calls, managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, assisting technicians with customer needs, and providing general office support.

This is a part-time position requiring availability during daytime and evening hours. The CSR will also support sales and marketing initiatives to help grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Scheduling

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
Schedule and manage customer care plan appointments
Coordinate service calls with technicians to ensure timely responses
Provide customers with service updates and appointment reminders
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and problem-solving skills

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate customer records in the company database
Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and basic office tasks
Manage and organize daily service schedules
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and conversion

Technician & Team Support

Communicate with technicians to relay customer needs and service requests
Ensure technicians have the correct customer information before service visits
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering office supplies as needed

Sales & Marketing Support

Assist with promotional campaigns and customer outreach
Help maintain Kasper Mechanical’s online presence through review reputation response and other marketing efforts
Promote our customer care plans and financing options to interested customers

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
