We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
Manage multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, taking food orders, and processing payments seamlessly during busy hours.
Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
Assist with catering events or banquets by setting up stations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; previous retail math or cashiering experience is beneficial.
