We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Manage multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, taking food orders, and processing payments seamlessly during busy hours.
- Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
- Assist with catering events or banquets by setting up stations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
- Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; previous retail math or cashiering experience is beneficial.
