Position: Bartender

Hours: 25–40 hours per week
Experience Required: 1–3 years bartending experience

Cheekys is a chef-owned cocktail lounge and restaurant in downtown Fredericksburg focused on craft cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. Our team is passionate about great drinks, great food, and providing exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of house cocktails, menu items, and specials
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Manage bar inventory and assist with stocking and organization
- Follow all ABC regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Virginia ABC certification (or ability to obtain)
