As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about new drinks and techniques.

Pay: $24.27 - $26.85 per hour
