Job Overview:

As a Retail Sales Trainee we are looking for an individual who can effectively develop relationships with our customers and implement new marketing strategies to increase brand visibility within a retail setting. This position will offer the opportunity to learn new skills that will help build experience needed for all future career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally within a retail environment
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Meet weekly performance standards
Be a primary example to the team

Qualifications and Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to learn and implement new skills taught
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
