Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Handle food items safely, demonstrating proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Support catering events by assisting with meal preparation, setup, and service as needed.
- Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow during service hours.
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Strong background in menu planning and fine dining service.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred, demonstrating an understanding of high-quality service standards.
- Excellent knife skills for efficient meal preparation.
