We are looking for professional Dishwasher ready to follow our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidates will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
Skills / Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Communicate with management & staff any needs, changes, & maintenance needs
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people at all levels across the company
- Receive direction & constructive criticism well, with a desire to improve and grow
Responsibilities
- Appear ready for work in uniform, ready at your station ahead of time
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Assist the kitchen staff as needed
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required; previous host/hostess experience is advantageous
- Able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours or more per shift and stairs, we have them
- Must be able to at least work weekends, nights and able to lift 30 pounds
- 18 & up | 24-40hrs /week | 4-5 shifts week between 11 am – 10 pm
Compensation / Benefits
- Pay : $15 / hour plus tips (Roughly $19-21/hour) Pooled tips with all non Management
- Closed Tuesday, Wednesday and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s)
- 50% Discount across all group restaurants (Knead Wine, Tremolo Bar & Hunter’s Head)
