We are looking for professional Dishwasher ready to follow our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidates will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Communicate with management & staff any needs, changes, & maintenance needs
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people at all levels across the company
Receive direction & constructive criticism well, with a desire to improve and grow

Responsibilities

Appear ready for work in uniform, ready at your station ahead of time
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Assist the kitchen staff as needed
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required; previous host/hostess experience is advantageous
Able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours or more per shift and stairs, we have them
Must be able to at least work weekends, nights and able to lift 30 pounds
18 & up | 24-40hrs /week | 4-5 shifts week between 11 am – 10 pm

Compensation / Benefits

Pay : $15 / hour plus tips (Roughly $19-21/hour) Pooled tips with all non Management
Closed Tuesday, Wednesday and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s)
50% Discount across all group restaurants (Knead Wine, Tremolo Bar & Hunter’s Head)
