Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented kitchen prep associate to assist with food prep, plating, and other food services requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept hygienic, tidy, and organized, contributing to a positive experience for our guests. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Duties
- Prep of food items offered on our menu
- Plating and presentation of our food offerings
- Help with washing dishes as needed
- Keeping prep area and refrigerators clean and stocked
- Assist with inventory of dry goods and other food item
- Experience
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in a kitchen is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Pay: $15/hr + share of pooled tips
