Administrative Assistant (HUBZone Resident Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high-quality administrative support to our team. This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in a designated HUBZone, in accordance with federal program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
- Must currently live in a federally designated HUBZone (verification required using the SBA HUBZONE site)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government contractors or professional services teams
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or contract documentation

- This position is contingent upon maintaining HUBZone residency for the duration of employment.
