Key Responsibilities
- Be the face and energy of the bar — leading with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
- Drive the evolution of our cocktail program in collaboration with ownership and culinary leadership
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of bar and bar tools.
- Follow all recipes, portion control, and garnishing standards.
- Ensure all bar systems meet standards for cleanliness, safety, organization, and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house team to support table service as needed.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all beverage offerings, including rotating menus and specials.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining settings.
- Strong command of cocktail technique, and overall bar operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management
- A deep love of hospitality and an instinct for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Comfort in a high-energy, fast-paced service setting
- Extensive cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
