Food Runners are essential to ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience. Food Runners are also responsible for restocking dishes for expo, carry heavy trays, and assist with takeout meals.
Job Requirements:

Have at least 6 months of experience as a Food Runner in a high volume environment.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.

Describe dishes and give directions to guests as needed. Be able to answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Be at least 18 years of age.

The restaurant’s premium cocktail selection uses a wide variety of fresh ingredients including numerous tropical fruits and juices. Cuba Libre presses, by hand, hundreds of pounds of fresh sugar cane weekly to extract sugar cane juice, known as guarapo, used to sweeten its signature cocktail, the mojito.
Cuba Libre recognizes the importance of music and rhythm in Cuban culture, transforming after dinner on weekends into a late-night Latin hot spot featuring DJs spinning a mix of Latin music, with live performers and dancing.
