Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various food and beverage environments. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet service is highly valued, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. The successful will demonstrate strong time management, sales abilities, and food safety knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper food handling procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately while managing sales records
- Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours, especially in nightclub or retail settings
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or catering environments is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or food industry venues
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
