Are you a master of the craft who brings both skill and personality to every pour? We’re seeking an experienced Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at our upscale property in the Navy Yard. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for the art of mixology, a passion for guest interaction, and the ability to create elevated cocktail experiences with a touch of creativity and flair.
What You’ll Do
- Craft signature cocktails and classic favorites with precision and consistency
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through engaging service and warm hospitality
- Maintain the bar area with impeccable cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with leadership and culinary teams on seasonal menus and cocktail features
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale or high-volume cocktail bar, restaurant, or hotel
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails
- A passion for mixology and guest engagement
- Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal mixology training or certification
- Experience with curated cocktail programs or hotel bar settings
- Knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients
