Do you have a passion for hospitality, connecting with people and serving incredible, from-scratch food? Then our Server position would be a great opportunity for you! As a server, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience! At Tap99, we offer (you guessed it!) 99 taps of beer, cider, seltzer, wine, cocktails, shots & more! We have just rolled out an all NEW from-scratch menu. Base pay of $24/hr, plus tips!
Duties include, but are not limited to the following essential functions:
- Checking guests in and establishing Pour My Beer tabs
- Guiding guests through beverage offerings & food menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
- Taking accurate orders and working with other team members to serve food that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant

Restaurant experience is a must!!!

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Ability to handle food and beverages
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling
- Understanding of sanitation practices
- Experience in guest services and hospitality industry
