Lead Server – Kusshi Ko Tysons

Kusshi Ko is seeking an experienced & motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations while ensuring smooth & exceptional customer service as well as team performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, highly effective communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales.
Duties
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise front-of-house & back-of-house teams during service
- Train & coach staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Assist with daily reporting tasks
Skills We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience as a shift lead or head server preferred but not required.
- Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine preferred but not required
- Must be 21 or over (to serve alcohol)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler’s permit (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to speak a second language (Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese,) is a plus.
