Servers & Bartenders – Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for bartenders)
- Ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Must be at least 21+ to serve alcohol
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling (evenings and weekends required)
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips

Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per week
