Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to support banquet events and catering services as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and food handling practices to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $17.95 - $31.98 per hour
