Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and recommend food and beverage choices.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns.
- Manage multiple tables during busy periods with professionalism and courtesy.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess relevant work authorization.

Physical Requirements:
