Administrative Assistant Office Assistant needed ASAP
Dealership experience OR Body Shop experience is a plus.
Automotive repair shop is looking for the right person!!!
We have a facility servicing both mechanical repairs and auto body repairs.
Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
Candidate MUST be able to multitask.
Job responsibilities include:
-Ability to answer multiple line phone system and transfer of phone calls to correct departments/ personnel..
-Checking regularly and communicating via email with current and potential customers.
-Checking and responding to email and voicemail communications.
-Proper message taking when applicable.
-Assist with customer check ins (at drop off) and check outs (at pickup) as needed.
-Communicate with onsite personnel to review vehicle checklists and coordinate vehicle placement in anticipation of daily customer pickups.
We have a long standing customer base and would like to have our client relationships maintained with a high level of professionalism.
Work hours are Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm or 8:00am- 5:00pm.
Compensation is $18.00- $26.00 hourly based on skill level and experience.
