Fahrenheit 132 is looking to add a Front-of-the-House manager to the team. The atmosphere is fast paced, the attention to detail is high, and the team is very professional. We definitely work hard and have a lot of pride, yet remain humble and continue to pursue growth and development on all fronts. We are a single-unit, family-owned local steakhouse that has seen consistent, sustainable growth since opening 10+ years ago. The ideal candidate is:
- hard working
- able to speak well with guests at the tables
- substantial wine knowledge (wine regions, grape varietals, wine making styles, etc)
- thorough spirits/beer knowledge (differences between whiskey, bourbon, Scotch. Different styles of vodka/gin/tequila, where the come from, how they are made, etc)
- Understanding of classic cocktails, beverage trends, etc.
- able to motivate and manage a team of 30 nightly (we have 70+ employees)
- organized
- able to dress the part (business professional attire)
- manicured and groomed appearance and speech
- a resume showing stable employment history (2+ years at each job)
- enjoys making people happy
