Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled server/bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Prepare signature ECW+G cocktails (they are easy and delicious!)
-Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
-Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
-Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations
Skills:
-Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender
- Proficiency in using TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to keep the dining room and bar organized, stocked and clean
-Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell menu items
- Experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant settings is a plus
- Ability to handle cash registers and process payments accurately
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
